The following items will not be allowed upon entry of the event: Coolers; Drumsticks; Outside Food & Beverage; Noisemakers, whistles, air horns, musical instruments; Professional camera equipment (lens length must be under 12 inches), video cameras, tripods, etc., Animals (except approved service animals); Weapons, explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, etc.; Fireworks, slingshots, smoke bombs, laser pointers, etc.; Large bags, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, beach bags, etc.; Water guns, toy/replica weapons, squirt bottles, soap bubbles, etc.; Beach balls, Frisbees, balloons, brooms, skateboards, roller blades, skates, etc.; Flags/signs larger than 3by4 feet; Sticks, poles, rods; Confetti or streamers; Umbrellas; Re-usable bottles, cans, or glass bottles; Aerosol cans including silly string; Selfie sticks.
Tickets are non refundable. All sales are final.
Tickets can be transferred to guests before being scanned.
Guerilla marketing is not allowed.
The tickets delivered to you may not be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form.
If you are not able to access a particular section(s) of the venue due to competition delays, organizer policies, weather-related incidents, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuations or any other reason, you will be ineligible for any refunds or future credits.
You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to us, the Event Organizer(s), our partners, licensees and assigns, including but not limited to our brand and media partners, to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. In the case of virtual events, you may view the virtual event solely for your own personal purpose. You may not record, copy, publicly exhibit, transmit, or distribute any virtual event through any means, resell views of any virtual event, or allow others to log into your account for the purpose of watching a virtual event.
You agree that you will not submit (a) any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or infringes our or any third party’s intellectual property or other rights; (b) any non-public information about companies without authorization; or (c) any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, surveys, contests, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited commercial communication.
